Tubular radiators technical characteristics

Technology of tubular radiators

All our radiators are manufactured with the latest computer controlled technologically advanced machinery.

COATING METHOD

  • Acid Pickling at 45°C
  • First Washing at Room Temperature
  • Alkaline Degreasing at 60°C
  • Second Washing at Room Temperature
  • Activation at Room Temperature
  • Zinc Salt Phosphatizing at 35°C ¸ 40°C Controlled Temperature
  • Third Washing at Room Temperature
  • Wash with De-ionized or Demineralized Water at Room Temperature
  • Final Varnishing with application of polyester powder coating(*)
  • Oven baking at 200°C
Our color range is extensive.

Every radiator is protected with polyester cellophane packaging then packed with high resistance cardboard custom made to fit each individual unit.

The radiators are engineered for a reduced water volume (up to a third of the water contained in a typical heater), therefore the use of the heating system is very economical in comparison to the traditional heaters.

Radiators are constructed of high-grade steel which allows an immediate diffusion of heat, ensuring quick, precise heating. These fantastic results are in part due to the reduction of water content (about a third of the water content than in typical radiators)

Each and every radiator undergoes multiple quality control checks:
  • Immersion pressure testing under water with 10 bar of air pressure (much higher than the industry standard)
  • Structural and visual quality control tests before being protected with packaging.
